I was unable to attend court on Monday because of work commitments, and was pleased with the outcome. The fine and Ban were both significantly below what was expected and the not guilty crown acceptance of charge 2 was welcome news and we thank you for negotiating this.
I feel that your advice and assistance throughout the process has been excellent, and your plea in mitigation on ________'s behalf obviously helped to limit the sentence.
